Me and my girls had a little girls night and everything was a 10/10! the atmosphere, the service and most importantly our food everything we got was sooo good! one of the dishes we got was the chicken pasta it was so creamy and delicious. Beautiful view of Arlington from 9th floor location. Upscale, elegant dining with all the trimmings from stemware, silverware, white linen tablecloths and linen napkins. 5 diners in our group. We arrived at 12noon and were seated immediately. Then given water and offered drinks from bar. There was a delay in waiter taking our orders. We had to asked for bread, which came promptly after requested and was good and warn with garlic butter. After about an hour we got our food. 1 of our diners had the grilled chicken-he loved it! 3 of our party had the salmon, it was great..we all cleaned our plates. The $69 steak cooked well done had mixed reviews, small in size and appeared dry, server explained that steak had been "butterflied" in order to cook to well done. When asked for steak sauce-server said they didn't have/use any steak sauce. Our steak eater was offered a house sauce instead that he described as gravy-like but had a good taste, it worked,but he would have preferred A-1 or Heinze 57, somewhat disappointing, as we anticipated an awesome steak for the value. Never fear, that steak was devoured with the shareable potatoes which were excellent. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience for the pricetag, the9th floor view that I can  imagine is spectacular at night, the plush decor, and the food. We weren't in a hurry thank goodness. The waitress/servers could have been more attentive to our request and communicated their policies with a smile. Big plus came as we were treated to complementary dessert platters.."Off the chain sweet toothheaven!!" And our birthday girl was treated per the management. It was a great and beautiful experience they had a lady singing playin the piano who also sung happy b day to my best friend was nice steak was juicy tender even being med well. My husband and I had our 1st wedding anniversary here. The food was so good, the music was great (live piano and singer) and the whole vibe was super nice! We went during sunset, and the view was gorgeous.

Jafar was our server and he was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. Great food and ambience too. The manager, Dale, visited our table personally to ensure we were having a nice dining experience. Definitely will return to Mercury Chophouse.
