Mercury Chophouse – Arlington was opened in 2017 by Jim Ross — United States Marine, former Arlington Police Officer, trial attorney, founder of the Jim Ross Law Group, and the 31st Mayor of Arlington, Texas. He also owns Hearsay Arlington in historic Choctaw Stadium. A father of four and grandfather of six, he has spent more than four decades in service — to his country, his community, and his city.
