Jim Ross is a businessman who loves the city of Arlington. Born and raised in Detroit, he has truly learned the value of hard work. He has served his country as a Marine and his community as an Arlington Police Officer. Jim found himself pursuing adventure by enrolling in law school, passing the BAR and opening The Jim Ross Law Group PC in 2006. Jim’s ambition for growth is admirable. He wanted to give Arlington their first premiere steak house with only the finest of dining experience. The Mercury Chophouse – Arlington has an attractive view of the cities Entertainment District. Jim Ross was also recently elected as the New Mayor of Arlington and is beyond elated with this incredible opportunity to move our city forward.
Adam White is originally from Indiana but born and raised in Texas. Growing up in the beautiful community of Arlington, he acquired a love of food and people while working in the service industry throughout the Metroplex. Becoming the General Manager of Mercury Chophouse – Arlington and working for the new Mayor of Arlington is a highlight in Adam’s career thus far. Adam truly appreciates all our wonderful guests that walk through our doors and makes it a mission to make sure their stay is a memorable experience. In Adam’s free time he loves spending time with his beautiful family.
Chef Clay Wilson
Chef Clay Wilson, a Fort Worth native, has been sharing his passion for food since 1994. After receiving his culinary arts degree in Houston, he began his career at Reata Restaurant at the Alpine and Fort Worth locations, followed by a move to Houston where he worked at restaurants
with modern, chef driven menus. He soon returned to Fort Worth, where he served as Executive Chef at The Nutt House in Granbury. Chef Clay’s years of experience include menu development and opening of a Texas-themed restaurant in Las Vegas, as well as a fine dining restaurant for The Marriott Hotel Sugar Land. His accomplishments have been featured in My Table Magazine, Houston Chronicle, Houston Business Journal, Fort Bend Focus, Fort Worth Star Telegram, Dallas Morning News and Las Vegas Sun. Since returning to Fort Worth, he has enjoyed being part of the local chef community, bringing his knowledge and expertise to Lambert’s Fort Worth and Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine. From barbecue to fine dining, Chef Clay enjoys sharing his passion and commitment to cooking.
Annie is our Event Coordinator here at the Mercury Chophouse- Arlington. Annie’s passion is hospitality. She strives to make your event an enjoyable, a one-of-a-kind experience. She is a Texas native who enjoys reading and vacationing in her free time.
Nash Turbeville has been bringing his larger than life spin on all your favorites since 2010. This born and raised Texan has experience in every genre, and has been riling up crowds with his unique voice and piano expertise since before he could walk. Receiving two bachelor degrees in both General Music with a concentration in jazz and Music Education from the University of North Texas, Nash has been trained and certified to bring the noise to any setting. From his full-time gig at the classy and romantic Arlington Chophouse, to your own private party of close friends ready to howl to the standards of Billy Joel and Elton John, Nash is ready to adapt and set the tone for any event. Special requests are his bread and butter, there isn’t a song he can’t play by the end of the night, and he loves to involve the audience in every possible way. Get ready to dance the night away, serenade your sweetheart, or simply enjoy the captivating atmosphere while Nash gives you and yours the best experience possible.
