There is no fixed combo plate, and that is the point
Mercury Chophouse – Arlington does not print a single surf and turf entrée. Instead, every steak on the dinner menu can carry seafood from the enhancements list, so you choose the cut, the seafood and the amount. A 6 oz filet with crab is a different dinner from a bone-in ribeye with Gulf shrimp, and both are surf and turf.
Building it yourself has two advantages over a fixed plate. You set the steak temperature and the cut without the seafood dictating either, and you decide how much seafood you want: a single crab cake beside a ribeye, or lobster over a filet. The seafood-first version
If you want the balance tipped toward the sea, the Seared Sea Bass at $57 becomes Imperial for $20 more: sautéed jumbo lump crab and grilled Gulf shrimp over the fish, $77 in total. It is three kinds of seafood on one plate with no beef at all, and the sea bass page describes how it is plated.
There is also a side route. The Mac-n-Cheese is $15 and takes lobster for $20, so a table can order a plain steak and pass a $35 lobster mac around instead of topping the meat.
If you came looking for a lobster tail
A crab-stuffed lobster tail has appeared as a seasonal feature but is not on the current menu, and no date for its return is published. Lobster itself is available all year as the Oscar Style addition on any steak and on the mac-n-cheese. The seafood additions are dinner items. At weekday lunch the steaks are the 6 oz and 8 oz filet, the hand-cut ribeye and the bone-in ribeye, and the lunch salads take grilled shrimp for $15 if you want a lighter midday version of the idea.
