Most rehearsal dinners fall on Friday, and Friday works well: dinner runs until 10 PM, parking at the tower is free, and a 6 PM seating catches the sunset over the district at about 7:35 PM in September and 7:00 PM in October. If the wedding is on Sunday, the rehearsal dinner moves to Saturday, when service runs from 4 PM to 10 PM.
The restaurant is closed on Sunday, so a Sunday rehearsal dinner for a Monday wedding cannot be held here.
