The Boardroom has an integrated AV system with a large screen at one end of the table. Toasts work at this table without a microphone. Twenty people at one table can hear the best man from the far end, and the closed door means the rest of the ninth floor does not have to.
A dinner both families will remember for the right reasons
Menus for the room are tailored, and for a rehearsal dinner the events team typically builds a set menu with a choice of entrées so the host is not reading twenty orders off a spreadsheet. Out-of-town guests staying in the district
Wedding guests booked at the Loews Arlington Hotel or Live by Loews are about 0.6 and 0.9 mile away, a three-minute drive to the tower at 2221 E Lamar Blvd. Guests coming from DFW Airport have about 12 miles down Highway 360.
