Groups of 21 to 28 have a semi-private option. Groups of 12 or more in the main dining room receive one check, but they do not get the door or the screen, so the room is the right call for a kickoff.

The Boardroom has a fully integrated AV system with a large screen. Use it for the quarter’s results, the president’s club slide, or a two-minute video from the CEO who could not make the flight. Bring the deck on a laptop and put the request in your inquiry so the team can confirm the connection; the system’s technical details are not published.
The room also has what the restaurant calls Arlington’s best panoramic view of the Entertainment District. January kickoffs see sunset at about 5:40 PM, so a 5:30 arrival puts the awards slide up against the sky. October offsites get a 7 PM sunset; a 6:30 seating catches it.
A menu for twenty people who do not agree on anything
Private menus are tailored to the group, built from the same dinner menu the main room serves. The steaks carry the table: the 6 oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon at $62, the Hand-Cut Ribeye at $75, the Bone-In Ribeye at $90. For the colleague who does not eat steak, Chicken Saltimbocca is $42, Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon is $48, and Grilled Chicken Pasta is $29. Every Boardroom group is presented with one check and no split checks, which is the arrangement a corporate card wants. Parties of 10 or more meet a food and beverage minimum based on party size; the figure is quoted in the written proposal you receive after the 48-hour availability check, and there are no published amounts. Parties of 6 or more carry a 20% gratuity, and a $25 fee applies to any composed entrée that two guests split.

Working lunch or evening dinner

Evening dinners run until 9 PM Monday through Thursday and 10 PM Friday, with Saturday dinner from 4 PM. There is no Sunday service. Can teammates landing at DFW at 5 PM make a 7 PM dinner?
In most cases, yes. DFW Airport is about 12 miles away, 15 to 20 minutes via Highway 360 outside event traffic. Check the Rangers and Cowboys schedules and AT&T Stadium concerts for that date, because district traffic adds time. Mercury sits north of the stadium lots on E Lamar Blvd, which helps.
Does the dress code apply to a team in company polos?
Company polos meet the collared-shirt guideline. The business casual dress code allows tailored trousers and unripped jeans, encourages sports coats, and prohibits graphic T-shirts, baseball caps, beanies, hoodies, athletic wear and sweatpants.
