The Boardroom is the room most conference groups want: a frosted glass door, a single long table, a fully integrated AV system with a large screen, and what the restaurant calls Arlington’s best panoramic view of the Entertainment District. The policies planners ask about first
One check. For groups of 12 or more in the dining room, and for any group of any size in the Boardroom, a single check is presented and split checks are not offered. Plan for a master account or one card.
Food and beverage minimum. All parties of 10 or more meet a minimum based on party size. The dollar figure is not published; it is quoted in the written proposal after the request comes in.
Gratuity and fees. A 20% gratuity is added for parties of six or more. Composed entrées carry a $25 split-plate fee. Deposit terms, cancellation terms and any room fee are covered in the same written proposal rather than on the website, so ask for them in your first message.
AV, remarks and the screen
The Boardroom’s AV system is integrated into the room, with a large screen for the table. Sponsor slides, a welcome from the regional VP, an awards moment or the evening’s game with the sound down all work from it. Tell the restaurant what you plan to plug in when you send the request so the setup is confirmed ahead of the night, and note that the room’s frosted glass door means the presentation stays with the people at the table.
From inquiry to confirmed
Start at the private dining request page. The restaurant asks for up to 48 hours to check availability and respond, and a complete first message saves a round trip. Include the date and a backup date, the arrival time and how long you need the room, the headcount with a range, whether you need the screen, dietary notes, and the name of the hotel or venue the group is coming from.

Moving a group from the convention center
The Arlington Convention Center at 1200 Ballpark Way is about 0.6 mile away, a 3-minute drive, and Loews Arlington, connected to the convention center, is the same. Live! by Loews is about 0.9 mile. A group can arrive by rideshare in twos and threes or by a chartered shuttle; drivers park in the garage or the outdoor lot at the Brookhollow Two office tower and take the elevator to the ninth floor, Suite 910. Parking at the tower is free every night. Because the tower is north of the stadium lots, a group dinner on a Rangers night is not tangled in the ballpark traffic on the way in.
Weeknights the restaurant closes at 9 PM, Friday and Saturday at 10 PM, and it is closed Sunday. A conference dinner Monday through Thursday should start by 6:30 PM.
