Getting here from either direction
From Dallas, take I-30 west to the Ballpark Way exit, then north to E Lamar Blvd. From Fort Worth, I-30 east to the same exit. I-30 passes about a mile south of the restaurant. From the north, Highway 360 south to the Lamar Blvd interchange, then about a mile west. The Brookhollow Two office tower is on E Lamar; park in its garage or outdoor lot, take the elevator to the ninth floor and find Suite 910. Parking at the tower is free every night. Neutral ground
The point of meeting in the middle is that neither side hosts. Here that works in practice: both cars park in the same lot, the elevator is the same elevator, and the table is reserved under whichever name calls first. For a group of 12 or more, one check is presented, which settles the who-pays question before it starts, and a 20% gratuity is added at six or more.

For a larger meet-up, a family gathering or two offices coming together, the Boardroom seats 8 to 20 at one long table behind a frosted glass door, with semi-private seating to 28. Parties of 10 or more meet a food and beverage minimum, and the event inquiry form is answered within 48 hours.
What is at the top of the elevator
The ninth floor of an office tower is not where most people expect a steakhouse, and that is the surprise the elevator delivers. Past the glass-front wine wall at the entrance, the dining room runs along a curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows with the Entertainment District below: AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, the Six Flags tower and Hurricane Harbor, with the sunset to the west and southwest. A grand piano sits by the windows near the marble-topped bar and plays on select evenings. White tablecloths, leather chairs, tufted booths and chandeliers finish the room. Timing a mid-week meet
Monday through Thursday the restaurant closes at 9 PM, so a 6:30 PM reservation gives a full dinner and gets both cars home before 10. Friday runs to 10 PM and Saturday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Sunday it is closed. For a midday meet, weekday lunch runs from 11 AM with the Marinated Steak Sandwich at $19, the Wagyu London Broil at $65 and the 6 oz Center-Cut Filet Mignon at $54.
