The Mercury Chophouse Menu Guide: Steaks, Chops, Seafood and the Bar

Menus change with the season, so the pages in this guide are written around the July 2026 dinner and lunch menus and the current cocktail and after-dinner lists. Prices are the ones printed on the menu; if a dish moves or a price changes, the live menu is the final word.

The steak pages explain each cut the way a server would at the table: how big it is, how it is finished, which sauce or topper suits it, and what to order alongside. The seafood pages cover the sea bass, the crab cakes and the Gulf shrimp that run through the starters. The bar pages walk the whiskey list, the specialty cocktails and the wine wall. A few pages describe seasonal features that come and go, such as Prime Rib Nights, and say so plainly.

Every page ends with the same two doors: reserve a table on the ninth floor, or ask about the Boardroom for a group.
