Parking, the elevator and the check
Mercury is in the Brookhollow Two office tower at 2221 E Lamar Blvd, about a mile west of the Highway 360 interchange and a mile north of I-30. Guests park in the tower’s garage or its outdoor lot and take the elevator to the ninth floor, Suite 910. The garage and the outdoor lot are open at lunch as well as at dinner. Dress is business casual, which at midday means what your guests wore to the office.
On the check: parties of 6 or more carry an automatic 20% gratuity, and groups of 12 or more in the main room receive one check. If you are hosting, say so to the server at the start and the check comes to you.
