At Mercury Chophouse it is the top of what the Boardroom seats: one long table for 8 to 20 people in a private room on the ninth floor, closed off by a frosted glass door lettered Mercury Board Room. There is no second table and no gap. Twenty chairs, one conversation.
The room has its own windows onto the Entertainment District and its own fully integrated AV system with a large screen. It is the same room the restaurant offers for board meetings, family dinners and watch parties, which is why the private dining page reads the way it does. What twenty people cost, in the terms the restaurant publishes
There is no room rental figure or per-person package on the website. Parties of 10 or more meet a food and beverage minimum based on party size, and the amount is quoted in the proposal after your inquiry. A single check is presented to any Boardroom group, no split checks, and a 20% gratuity is added. Composed entrées carry a $25 split-plate fee if two guests share one.
The à la carte dinner menu sets the band. Twenty entrées chosen from the list below, plus starters, shared sides and the bar, is what the minimum is measured against.

The screen at one end, the district at the other
The AV system is the reason a group of 20 picks this room over a long table in a main dining room somewhere else. A large screen at the end of the table shows a deck, a slideshow, a toast recorded by someone who could not come, or a Rangers game with Globe Life Field itself in the window a mile away. Tell the team what you plan to show when you inquire; the system’s inputs are not listed publicly.
The windows face the Entertainment District. The restaurant calls it Arlington’s best panoramic view of the district and a perfect place to watch the sunset, which lands at about 7:35 PM in September and 5:30 PM in November.
Lunch for 20 on a weekday
The room is not only a dinner room. Monday through Friday the lunch menu starts at 11 AM, and a working group of 20 can take the Boardroom for a midday meeting with the Chicken Fried Steak at $24, the Marinated Steak Sandwich at $19, the Crab & Shrimp Louie at $24 or the Wagyu London Broil at $65 on the menu to build from. The same one-check and minimum structure applies. Lunch entrées run lower than dinner, with the Club Sandwich at $14 at the bottom of the list, so ask the events team how the minimum for a midday group of 20 compares with an evening one before choosing the slot.
Saturday is dinner only, from 4 PM, and there is no service on Sunday.

Is the Boardroom fully enclosed, or open to the dining room?
It is a separate room with its own frosted glass door, marked Mercury Board Room, and its own windows on the district. Servers come and go through that door during the meal. The restaurant does not describe it as soundproofed, but it is a closed room rather than a section of the main floor.
Do all 20 guests sit at the same table?
Yes. The Boardroom is furnished with one long table that seats parties from 8 up to 20. There is no arrangement of separate rounds inside the room. If you need more than 20 seats, the semi-private option reaches 28, and the layout of that space is confirmed with the events team.
We booked for 20 but only 17 confirmed. Does that matter?
The room takes any count from 8 to 20, so 17 is fine. The food and beverage minimum is set by party size, so tell the events team the final number as soon as it settles; the proposal you received was based on the count you gave. Ask what the deadline for a final headcount is, since that is not published.
Is there a rental fee for the private room?
No room fee is published, and neither is a deposit or cancellation policy. Those terms are included in the written proposal sent after the 48-hour availability check. What is published is the structure: a food and beverage minimum for parties of 10 or more, one check for the group, and a 20% gratuity.
Do we have to order from a set menu, or can each guest choose?
Private dining menus are tailored to each group, so the format is worked out with the events team rather than fixed in advance.
