The Sunday caveat, first
Mercury Chophouse – Arlington does not open on Sunday, any Sunday. Most Cowboys home games are played on Sunday, which means a pre-game or post-game group dinner for those games is not possible here. There is no exception for the Boardroom and no Sunday brunch. If your game is on a Sunday, this is the wrong restaurant for that day, and it is better to know now than at the host stand.
Everything else on the calendar works: Thursday and Monday night Cowboys games, Saturday games, and the 81 Rangers home dates that fall Monday through Saturday.

Capacity for a group of 15
Fifteen is a comfortable Boardroom number. The room seats 8 to 20 at one long table behind a frosted glass door, with a large screen and integrated AV if the group wants a pre-game show on, and windows over the district. Semi-private seating in the main room stretches to 28. Groups of 12 or more who prefer the main dining room are seated at reserved tables.
Three policies apply to all of them. Any party of 10 or more is subject to a food and beverage minimum that scales with the size of the group and is quoted in the written proposal. Six or more guests at a table means a 20% gratuity on the bill. And for groups of 12 or more in the dining room, and any group in the Boardroom, one check is presented; there are no split checks. Lead time on a game day
Game days compress demand into the two hours before first pitch or kickoff, so the room fills earlier than on an ordinary night. These are recommendations rather than restaurant rules.

Timing the meal to the first pitch
For a 7 PM Rangers game, seat the group at 5 PM, order starters for the table straight away, and plan to leave by 6:30 PM. Globe Life Field is about 1 mile and 4 minutes away outside traffic; AT&T Stadium is about 1.5 miles and 5 minutes. Mercury sits north of the stadiums on E Lamar Blvd, off the main parking lots, so leaving the tower is simpler than leaving a restaurant inside the district core. Lamar connects to Highway 360 about a mile east and to Ballpark Way heading south into the stadiums.
