Menus for the room are tailored, and a birthday host usually asks for a shortened dinner list so the kitchen brings twenty plates out together. Using the screen
The Boardroom’s integrated AV system and large screen give a birthday a few options. A photo loop from the first birthday to this one runs on it all evening. A video from the grandchildren overseas plays between courses. And if the birthday falls on a Thursday night game or a Rangers home date, the game goes up on the screen while the steaks come out, which is the use the restaurant built the room for. When the birthday falls on a Sunday
Mercury Chophouse – Arlington is closed on Sundays, so a Sunday birthday moves to Saturday night, when the restaurant opens at 4 PM and serves until 10 PM, or to the Friday before, when it is open from 11 AM to 10 PM. Weeknights close at 9 PM. Free parking at the tower spares the guest of honor the walk from an event lot, and the elevator from the lobby brings everyone to Suite 910.
