For anyone working along the Highway 360 corridor, Mercury Chophouse – Arlington is the steakhouse that is already on the way. Exit at E Lamar Blvd and head west about a mile; the restaurant occupies the ninth floor of the Brookhollow Two office tower at 2221 E Lamar Blvd, Suite 910. It is a business address in the plain sense: you park in the garage or the outdoor lot, walk through an office lobby, and ride the elevator to the top floor.
360 runs north to DFW Airport and Grapevine and south toward I-20, and I-30 is about a mile south of the restaurant at the Ballpark Way exit, so colleagues coming from Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving or the airport all converge on the same door. Irving and Las Colinas are about 13 miles and 18 minutes; DFW Airport is about 12 miles, 15 to 20 minutes down 360.
Lunch meetings that respect the calendar

Dinner is where the address pays off. The dining room’s curved wall of floor-to-ceiling windows looks west and southwest across the Entertainment District, with AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, the Six Flags tower and Hurricane Harbor in the frame, and the sunset arriving around 7:35 PM in September and 5:30 PM in November. White tablecloths, crystal chandeliers, tufted booths and a grand piano by the windows set the tone; live piano plays on select evenings.
For the table itself: the 8 oz Wagyu Filet is $105, the Hand-Cut Ribeye is $75, and the Dry-Aged 36 oz Porterhouse at $175 is the cut for two people who agree on things. The wine list runs from a $78 Willamette Pinot Noir to Opus One at $686. Groups of 12 or more receive one check, which keeps the expense report simple, and a 20% gratuity is added for six or more. The Boardroom for a working session
Behind a frosted glass door lettered Mercury Board Room is a private room with one long table for 8 to 20 people and a fully integrated AV system with a large screen. Semi-private arrangements extend to 28. It works for a lunch presentation, a quarterly review over dinner, or a vendor meeting that needs a door that closes. The window behind the table has the same district view as the main room.
The room always receives one check. A food and beverage minimum applies to parties of 10 or more and is quoted in the written proposal, along with any other terms. Use the event inquiry form to request it; replies come within 48 hours.
After work at the marble bar
The bar opens with the restaurant at 11 AM on weekdays and runs until close, with TVs above the back bar and the same windows as the dining room. There is no published happy hour, so plan on list prices: the Steakhouse Old-Fashioned is $19 with tallow-washed Knob Creek bourbon and rye, the MCA Smoked Manhattan is $18, the Paper Plane is $18, and the Manhattan Project Half Life hazy IPA is $8 on draft.
The whiskey list is the reason to linger. Dress code for the office crowd
Business casual, which is what most of the corridor wears already. Collared shirts and sports coats are encouraged for men, jeans without rips are welcome, and a jacket and tie are not required. Graphic T-shirts, baseball caps, athletic wear and hoodies are not permitted in the dining room, and flip-flops are too casual for anyone. The restaurant serves 11 AM to 9 PM Monday through Thursday and 11 AM to 10 PM Friday, opens Saturday at 4 PM for dinner until 10, and stays closed on Sunday.
