Private Events at Mercury Chophouse: The Boardroom, Semi-Private Dining and Catering in Arlington

One room does most of the work here, and it does it well. The Boardroom sits behind a frosted glass door off the main dining room, with its own windows over the district and a screen large enough for a presentation or a Rangers game. Because it seats 8 to 20 at a single table, it suits the events most people actually plan: a corporate dinner, a rehearsal dinner, a board meeting over lunch, a milestone birthday, a holiday party for a small company.

Each page below is written for one of those events. Every one of them uses the same verified terms: one check for any Boardroom group and for parties of 12 or more in the main room, a 20 percent gratuity on parties of 6 or more, a food and beverage minimum for ten or more that is quoted with the proposal, and a 48-hour response to the inquiry form.
